Check the past record of the builder: When reviewing the current project of the builder to decide if it is worth the investment, you should ask about the previous projects the builder has finished. Most genuine builders in Navi Mumbai won’t hesitate to tell you about the details of their previous projects, the time it took to complete them and their current living situation. This will give you a fair idea of what to expect from their ongoing project that you’re interested in and helps in case you felt doubtful about the builder’s commitment to the projects. A proper payment Schedule: It is essential that you ask real estate developers in navi Mumbai about the payment schedule you’re supposed to follow. We recommend you don’t settle on a vague schedule. Ask for a proper timeline and arrange your finances accordingly. Make sure to not delay any payments because the builder may charge a fine if you do.  If you want the builder to make some changes in the payment schedule, this is the time to say it.
