Pokemon Go: Current Raid Bosses (September 2020)

by Oliviya Strome Web Deigning

Trainers once again have the opportunity to catch some incredible Pokemon in current Raid Battles. After the Porygon Community Day, trainers are focusing on Raid Battles. September month is already a massive hit for the trainers because of the “Heatran,” “Cresselia” and now “Articuno.” The legendary Pokemon collection of trainers are getting huge, but it’s not over yet. After the Mega Evolution, many things have changed in the game.

The Raid Battles, spawn rate, and Mega Energy, all these things are in a perfect line. The majority of players were worried about the consumption of Mega Energy, so Niantic helped the players by reducing 20% Mega Energy for Mega Evolution. With the new Mega update, Niantic removed the 2 and 4-Tier Raid Battles.

After the Arrival of Cresselia and Articuno, the Raid Battle attempts have increased. Players are making their every attempt count get the shiny form of their current boss, “Articuno.” Even though it’s a 1 Gen Pokemon, the power and looks of this Pokemon is very elegant. Along with Articuno, there are more strong bosses available in raid battles that trainers should see.

1-Tier

  • Vulpix
  • Omanyte
  • Geodude
  • Nosepass
  • Voltorb
  • Dwebble
  • Roggenrola

3-Tier

  • Marowak
  • Rhydon
  • Golem
  • Jolteon
  • Piloswine
  • Aerodactyl
  • Aggron
  • Walrein

5-Tier

  • Articuno

Mega Raid

  • Mega Charizard X
  • Mega Charizard Y
  • Mega Venusaur
  • Mega Blastoise
  • Mega Pidgeot

Overall the Raid Bosses from the list are incredible and are worth having in the collection. However, Articuno is the only Legendary Pokemon that is available for battle. Trainers are happy with the current week’s Raid Bosses. This year for Niantic and trainers went well because developers have released several epic events and Raid Battles for the trainers.

While playing the current event, trainers should remember that Raid Battles change every week. The current week started on 19 September, and it will end on 25 September. So if any trainer hasn’t caught Articuno, they should hurry before the weekends.

Before releasing any new Pokemon or event, Niantic announces the information on social media or the website, but there’s no new update from the officials. So right now, trainers should only focus on the current Raid Battles and catch the shiny form of Articuno. The shiny form of Articuno is beautiful because of its slightly lighter color. The chances of encountering Articuno’s shiny form is high, so trainers should do one battle daily at least to become lucky by getting a shiny form.

Conclusion

Similar to the last week, the current week is also going great for the trainers. The Porygon Community Day made the week incredible for the trainers. The spawn rate of Porygon was incredible, and it helped the players to catch numerous Porygon with its shiny form.
