I.                     Inova Fair Oaks – Hospital – Fairfax, Virginia

Pinnacle executed BIM solution for this project. Inova Fair Oaks Hospital consisted of a two-story, lateral expansion on the south side of the hospital, above the existing loading dock area. The work of this project includes expanding the SPD and the loading dock area and adding Mechanical and other support spaces. Pinnacle’s scope of work included 3d model creation of the Exterior & Interior Walls, Ceiling & Soffit, Doors, Windows, Roof, Pier, Footing, Grade Beam, Concrete Wall, Slab, Column, Beam, Joist and Floor. Pinnacle saved 120.5 hrs time and $2169 cost approximately for this project.

II.                   Washington State Convention Center (WSCC) – Education, Seattle, Washington

Pinnacle undertook the modeling of this Convention Center comprising of an Exhibition Hall, Flex Hall, pre-function areas, lobby, meeting rooms, ball rooms, loading areas, potential retail spaces and parking for 500 - 800 vehicles. Pinnacle’s scope of work was to prepare Architectural and Structural 3D models. Moreover, after preparing the models, the elements /items/objects of the 3D models were linked with the corresponding activities/tasks of the construction schedule, shared by the client.  Pinnacle also created a 4D animated video, showing the actual construction sequencing.

III.                 Independent Living Studio – Florida

Pinnacle’s scope of Work for this project includes Creation of the Model, Coordination and Shop Drawing Preparation. Pinnacle constructed the 3D Model of the Independent Living Studio - the apartment building in Florida after resolving all clashes. BIM engineers of Pinnacle validated the architectural and mechanical design for constructability and worked closely with the architect, MEP Engineer, general contractor and the developer/owner for clash resolution and coordination. Pinnacle also produced the spool-drawings for pre-fabrication.

IV.                 Erickson Lantern Hill, New Jersey

Pinnacle undertook the 3D Modeling of the 2 residential buildings (Buildings 3 & 4 with 5 floors) of Erickson Lantern Hill in Newark, New Jersey, USA, extended over an area of 177,750 sq. ft. Pinnacle deployed a team of 3 Engineers for the Architectural and Structural Modeling of the project. BIM solution of Pinnacle allowed the general contractor and other stakeholders involved in the process to coordinate effectively and identify errors and inconsistencies in the early stages of construction. BIM engineers at Pinnacle ultimately produced the final model after resolving all construction issues by generating RFIs.
