Pilates can be done in house by following some necessary steps
Pilates is very popular exercise not only in Australia but also

it is quite tough for someone to make schedule for Pilates training. In

make schedule in house. At first they should make schedule in quiet

Preliminary exercise:
First of all people need to warm up their bodies. They can start with

Plank:
In second step people can practice “plank”. Plank states that exercise
with making their arms straight. People can try alternative something in

in consecutive way.
Superman and half roll back:
It’s a funny name. In this step people need to use arms and legs
separately. Besides, the spine should be parallel to the floor. Thus
they have to push and pull bodies repeatedly in the floor.
Leg floats:
This is another step which is very helpful for legs and spines. In this
case, people have to lie on the floor. Then people have to raise their
legs. At the time of raising legs the head and spine should be kept
straight. Thus raising legs one after another, people should do it
consecutively 30 seconds.
Bridge system: Bridge
system states making bridge with the human body. In this step the body
should be straight at first. Then they have to raise their hip. It must
be done repeatedly 10 times. People should be conscious of raising hips.
At the time of raising hips accident can be happened. So the people
should be very careful about this step.
Leg lifts:
In leg lifts, people have to rotate their body. This side stretching
should be done very carefully by the people. Upper leg has to be held
upon when the lower leg will be straight in the floor.

can follow the instructions properly he will get result surely. But the
person should be aware of the quiet environment in the house. At the
time of practicing he should concentrate on the practice. The person
should not concentrate on anything out of practice. Proper Pilates
