Personality Development of Child in School

Schools are considered as the second abode for kids. The manner by which their personalities shape depends on parental childhood as well as the way they are active in their school lives. Giving only bookish knowledge makes the student insecure and dumb when they have to fast the challenges of a competitive world. Steps are being taken in a few schools, yet connecting with every corner of the country involves concern. Presently the question arises that what changes can be about to instill the activation of child personality development at Schools in Sharjah.

Initially, one has to understand the clear meaning of child personality development. Personality implies the set of qualities that makes a person different from the other. While such traits develop in the growing age of the kids, it is called child personality development. Now when the world is advancing at a fast pace, it has become more important to make your child excel among the rest. So, how can this be possible? The answer is simple. It should be worked out at the basic level to bring the best out of them.

Hence, the growth of a child in a manner he/she turns out to be morally, socially, and ethically advanced is highly needed. The way in which schools react to this situation means a lot. If the focus is only on the marks and grades, there is a chance that the quality of students would be inadequate.

The primary school role:

The primary schools have great significance over a child’s personality development. It is consequently required to get by the way of imparting knowledge in them. Aside from games, learning disciplinary tasks, clay modeling, organizing cultural programs, celebrating national and international festivals at school and maintaining different competitions, there are facts which often go dismissed. So, things like caring for animals, valuing life, respecting cultural diversity and religions must be positively filled into their minds and hearts.
