Pasqually"s Journey
Hello my name is Pasqually. I am a 10yr old five pound Chihuahua that lives with my mom in our 1 bedroom apartment. She likes to tell people that she has me spoiled but I just let her think she does. I know it makes her happy to think so . So it doesn't bother me, in fact I think its kinda funny.
There are times I know she doesn't feel very good & that really bothers me. So I try to stay as close to her as can. She doesn't know this but when she is in the shower I will go sit in front of the shower & wait till she turns the water off then I run so she won't see me. Hehehehe. But while I'm sitting there in front of it I will stick my head in & check on her to make sure she is OK but she don't know it. So please don't nobody tell her.
Mom bought me the coolest blankie any Chihuahua would ever want. It is a soft, fuzzy & warmest thing you could ever want to cover with. Everyone knows that Chihuahuas are always cold so it is so nice to be able to get on the couch & cover up with it. Although mom isn't a football fan but for a male dog born & raised here in Texas to have a Dallas Cowboy Blankie just fits to a tee. Guess its a guy thing here in Texas anyway.
The only time we have a problem is when she gets my Uncle Bubba over to try & cut my toenails. Sorry but that’s one thing I don' like. She can't hold me to do them herself cause we do fight over that. So she will make that dreaded call to Uncle Bubba & I run hide. She will use anything she can to coax me out of hiding but it doesn’t work too good. The last time she tricked me by sending him a text message so I wouldn't hear them talking. That wasn't fair don't know who invented text messaging but if I did I would bite his ankles good.
Sometimes mom will babysit for my cousin's two little girls. They wear her out some times but to me they are a walking cafe. They always are dropping food, crumbs you name it . I just follow them around cleaning up the floor. Mom is always telling them not to be feeding me but they aren't feeding me they are just leaving trails for me to follow them. One time I did really messed up cause one of the girls dropped her gum & I ran up & grabbed it thinking it was candy. Well needless to say I got gum all over me trying to get it out of my teeth, boy was mom mad at me. She scrubbed & scrubbed to get it out & I knew I had better not make a sound cause she was so mad at me.

Hi Carol, thanks for the comment. Oh yes Pasqually knew he was the King around here all the way up till he crossed over Rainbow Bridge. There will be more to come infact I am in the process of writing a Kindle book in his memory.

Carol, Pasqually went to doggie heaven on April 12, 2012. Sissy really loved him with all of her heart. She is planning on dedicating a book in his honor.
