The description of iron ore separator

Iron ore separator is a kind of mechanical equipment which can select the iron composition from the iron ore powder and other mediums by magnetic force. Iron ore separator is widely used to recycle resources in lumber industry, mining industry, kiln industry and other industries. FTM Iron ore magnetic separator is suitable for the wet or dry magnetic separation on magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, ilmenite and other minerals of less than 3mm granularity, also used for iron removal of coal, non-metallic ore, building materials and other materials. The magnetic system of iron ore separator is made of high quality ferrite material or composite with rare earth magnetic steel, the average magnetic induction intensity of the original tube was 800-4000mT. At present, due to the development of technology, iron ore separator can be made as the stick shape, and the magnetic field intensity is increased to 8000mT, which is the highest measured magnetic intensity at present.

1.The selection depending on the equipment yield

The yield is the significant factor should be considered by each customer, the output size of equipment directly determines the proportion of customer’s investment benefit. Iron ore magnetic separator generally is used in mineral processing production, therefore, when choosing models, to see the whole production line for production, and then select the corresponding iron ore magnetic separator production, so that it can make the whole beneficiation production line process smoothly and there will not be an equipment in short supply or the phenomenon of material accumulation.

2.The selection according to raw material

Iron ore material is also the key point to consider when the customer chooses the right parameters, the iron ore materials are generally various such as hematite, magnetite, ilmenite, and so on, the iron ore is extracted from these raw materials by iron ore magnetic separator, different materials have different characteristics, so the equipment used is also different, some can be used for wet magnetic separation, but some are more suitable for using dry magnetic separation, therefore, raw materials directly decided to choose what kind of iron ore magnetic separator parameters.
