Another great thing about offering online ordering is that you can expand your customer base more easily. Even just 3 years ago, more people want the option and convenience of using an app or going online. But now it is even more essential for your success. Restaurants that adapt and can keep up with this demand are going to survive, expand their customer base and eventually thrive once more. Prior to the pandemic, only 50% of restaurants offered online ordering as an option and only 5% offered ordering via mobile apps.
