NMAT 2017 Result will be declared by Narsi Monjee Institute for all the candidates who took the Narsi Monjee Aptitude Management Test 2017 before or on January 2017. It can be accessed by them in online mode from the official website of the examination to see their performance. Direct link to view the result cum scorecard will also be hosted on EntranceCorner for the sake of convenience of the candidates. In the result, candidates will be able to see the sectional score as well as aggregate score obtained. They will be able to see the normalized percentile on January 2017 when the institute will issue percentile score. Check the following blog for more information on result.

Characteristics of NMAT 2017 Result

  • Shortlisting for admission in MBA program will be made on the basis of performance in the result.
  • To delimit the number of candidates in the selection process, cutoff will be applied on the score in the exam.
  • If a candidate has marks higher than or equal to the cutoff, he will be selected for next stages of admission.
  • If a candidate has marks lower than he cutoff, he will be rejected from next stages of admission.
  • Finally selected candidates will be arranged in a merit list on the basis of marks obtained in the exam.

Those candidates who are enlisted in the NMAT 2017 Merit List will be asked to appear in the next stages of admission process i.e. case/group discussion and personal interview. These rounds are expected to be declared in the 1st week of February 2016. Assessment for final allotment will be done on the basis of collective score from the aforementioned rounds as well as written test score. Allotment will be done at NMIMS campuses in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Description of the courses is as follows:

  • Mumbai Campus - Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Banking, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Capital Market, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Pharmaceutical Management.
  • Bengaluru Campus - Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
  • Hyderabad Campus - Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Process of checking NMAT Result 2017

Process of checking the NMAT Result is easy and candidate friendly. It is required to have computer system and internet access for this purpose. Rest of the process is mentioned in these steps:

  • On the computer system, access the official website of the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
  • Under the login column of the homepage, enter email address and password in the respective fields to login to the account.
  • Go through all the instructions mentioned and press the link titled as ‘Get Your Result’. Result will now be shown.
  • Finally, press print command to take its printout on A4 sized sheet. Preserve it until the final percentile score is issued.
  • Take multiple copies of the result so that if the original copy is lost, there is always a substitute.
