Enter the default extender login credentials and hit the Enter key or click on the 'Log In' button.

Once done, click on the Save button. This process might take a few minutes.

Try to change the 'Encryption Type' of your wireless home router. Try to change it in such a way that the security on your home router is lowered i.e. if your home router has WPA-TKIP, change it to WPA-AES.

If the issue still persists, then keep on changing for other encryption types like WEP, WPA, or no security as well ensuring both home WiFi router and range extender have the same encryption type.
