NDA Result 2016 - The NDA II exam was conducted on 27 September 2015 and now much-awaited result for the same is expected to be declared very soon. The successful candidates in the exam will be called for Service Selection Board (SSB) interview. The exam of NDA I was conducted on 17 April 2016 and the result is expected to come in the month of September 2016. The same can be checked by the aspirants on the official website of the Union Public Service Commission. The UPSC conducts the exam for the recruitment of Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force. The NDA exam I and NDA exam II are conducted by UPSC in April and September months of the year.

Guidelines to Check the NDA Result 2016

The steps as enumerated below must be adhered to by the candidates to check the NDA Result 2016:

  • Visit the official website of UPSC. 
  • Navigate to the ‘NDA II Result 2016’ and click on the same.
  • Enter the necessary details such as Roll Number, Date of Birth etc.
  • Press the ‘Submit’ button so as to view the result which will be flashed on the screen.
  • Download the Result and take the printed copy of the same.
  • Save the printed copy for future references.

About NDA Result 2016

The following are the special features of NDA Result:

  • The NDA Result 2016 is evaluated on the basis of the aspirants’ performance in the objective type exam. Scoring the minimum qualifying marks in the exam is a must to be eligible for the next round of the selection process.
  • At the time of the interview, the aspirants need to submit the original certificates as an evidence of the proof of age and also for academic qualification etc.
  • The UPSC will issue the breakup of the marks to the candidates within 15 days from the date when the result was announced, online.
  • Those who will qualify the written exam will be required to appear for the final round of interview.
  • Out of 900 marks in the NDA 2016 exam, the Paper I – Mathematics consists of 300 marks while Paper II (General Ability Test) consists of 600 marks.
