by Sinu Soothe Health Care Product Supplier
Sometimes it can be hard to smell your own breath, let alone judge its odor. Ask someone you trust to give you an honest opinion. Bad breath typically originates in the mouth, where bacteria are ever-present. The most common cause of bad breath is poor dental hygiene. Many home remedies can eliminate bad breath.

The origin of bad breath is not mysterious, other causes can be dental cavities, gum disease, and coated tongue are among the most common. Hundreds of bacteria live in your mouth and some of them, on the tongue or below the gum line or in pockets created by gum disease between gums and teeth, for example, create sulfurous smells. Bad breath can be intermittent as well. Whatever the cause, treatment involves correcting the underlying disorder. Here are a few ways that act as a bad breath remedy.

1: Mouthwash rinse

Try a 30-second mouthwash rinse that is alcohol-free. Mix a cup of water with a teaspoon of baking soda and a few drops of antimicrobial peppermint essential oil. Mix all the ingredients only and put them into a container. The DIY mouthwash will stay good for up to 2 weeks. Don’t swallow it. A dry mouth is associated with bad breath. That's why store-bought mouth washes don't work for everyone.

2: Drinking water

Whenever you feel your mouth getting dry, try to drink water not juices or soda. Saliva helps keep your mouth clean and prevents smelly bacteria from thriving. This helps to control levels of oral bacteria. Many different factors can cause dry mouth. The most common causeis dehydration. Medications and diet can also influence moisture in the mouth.

3: Tea oil rinse

Certain bacteria inside the mouth excrete chemicals called volatile sulphur compounds. These chemicals quickly turn into the responsible gases for bad breath. Tea tree oil may be effective at reducing levels of bacteria that produce VSCs. The effect of tea tree oil wassimilar to those of chlorhexidine. Each reduces the growth of both bacterial strains and cut VCS production.

4: Cleaning teeth and gums regularly

If you don’t brush and floss well, your mouth breaks sound the tiny chunk of food that is caught between your teeth. This can give off an odor that can smell. Toothpaste or mouthwash may mask it for a while, but it can't fix the problem. To avoid a bad period caused by food that lingers in your mouth,  brush twice a day, floss once daily and get a regular check up from your dentist.

Sometimes you may come across sinus pain, that can be cured with the help of sinus pain nasal spray. Similarly, there are different ways to treat bad odor.
