The western India state of Goa is well known the world over for its coastlines along the Arabian Sea. Goa’s beaches range from the popular Baga and Palolem to Agonda in laid-back fishing villages. The proof of its popularity lies in the fact that it is by far the most searched destinations in India. The kaleidoscopic blend of Portuguese and Indian cultures, sweetened with sea, sand, sun, seafood, and spirituality, Goa is truly India's pocket-sized paradise. Shimla is also well known for its handicraft shops in the pedestrian avenue The Mall and the Lakkar Bazaar that specializes in wooden crafts and toys. The Mall, the town’s main attraction, is packed with eateries and several other shops.
