Microwear X12 Bluetooth Smartwatch review - Sleep monitoring, ECG+PPG

I have been using my X12 smart watch for the past two weeks and I have to say it is a pleasure. The new X12 is my first time to enter the wearable fitness tracker. I have been looking for a long time and have never bought one.

I’ve disabled almost every other function as I use my iPhone for my everyday fitness tracking, and after last night’s episode of “The Good Fight” I find the tracking function creepy unless specifically activated.

I only use it for one function other than as time, that is to monitor my heart rate, which is a problem I have encountered in medicine. With the use of this kind of lamp, the battery seems to exist forever, and I am very impressed with the battery life.

If you want to rest from your efforts, the bracelet also tracks sleep. There, the built-in G-sensor and the pulse measurement are used, which recognize whether and how you sleep. Most of the time the tape recognizes, even if you fall asleep.
