MICAT 2016 MBA Exam Complete Details

MICAT exam is a paper pencil based entrance examination conducted by Mudra Institue of Communicating, Ahmedabad for admission to the institute's flagship post graduate diploma in management- communicating (PGDM-C) program. MICAT 2015-17 Choice Procedure:

The selection process for MICAT 2015-17 consists of two important periods-

PERIOD 01: MICA Admissions Test (MICAT)- All candidates who apply to MICA with their scores of CAT2014 / XAT 2014 / XAT 2015 / XAT 2016 / MAT2014 (Feb/May/ Sept/Dec) / CMAT 2014 (Feb / Sept) / ATMA 2014 (Feb/May/July) / GMAT (2011 onwards), irrespective of their score, will be called for MICAT, subject to their application form being complete and approved by MICA.

MICAT is designed to evaluate divergent thinking, verbal ability, logical reasoning, analytic ability, written communication skills and general awareness about the communications business.

Stage 02 :Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI)-Based on their MICAT functionality, shortlisted candidates will probably be called for Group Activity and Personal Interview on MICA campus, Ahmedabad.

MICAT is a paper pencil based subjective objective kind assesement, as mentioned. The duration of this exam is two hours and split into two parts.

Part 2 of the exam contains objective type questions of psychometery, reasoning and verbal capacity and general awareness.
