Manitoba PNP
by XIPHIAS IMMIGRATION migration executiveManitoba, a province located in the center
of Canada, is one of the three Prairie Provinces. The other two provinces are
Alberta and Saskatchewan. It announced its Provincial
Nominee Program to help interested professionals and investors to relocate
to the province. The province has 5th highest population in Canada.
It is this province where the original inhabitants of Canada settled in.
Manitoba is rich in minerals and natural resources. Manitoba houses two river
systems called the Nelson in the northern Manitoba and Winnipeg River system in
the southern part of the province. The province is laden with beautiful parks
and water bodies. It is rich and politically stable province of Canada.
The Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program
is also termed as MPNP. It usually requires that the foreign applicants looking
to relocate to the province, need to go through point based filtration.
However, those qualified temporary foreign workers who are already in Manitoba,
international students studying in Canada and individuals with job offer in
hand need not go through the point based filtration process.
Foreign skilled professional, who could
achieve a minimum of 60 points through decisive factors like age, education,
work experience, language proficiency and adaptability, can apply for “Skilled Workers Overseas pathway” under
the MPNP. Such interested individuals need to submit their Expression of Interest, where in the individual expresses his/her
interest to relocate to Manitoba. Through this EOI, the applicant’s profile
will become part of the Manitoba skill portal from where, the profile gets
shortlisted for the opportunities available in Manitoba.
Similar to this is the Manitoba’s
Express Entry program which works in tandem with Federal Government’s Express
Entry Pathway.
The other pathway is the Human Capital Pathway. This can be used
by those individuals with a job offer in hand from an employer in Manitoba.
Such a job offer should be approved by the LMIA (Labor Market Impact
Assessment).
Each and every pathway can be made a
possibility for any qualified individual when approached professionally. It is
important that each case is handled by proficient expert immigration
specialists. Hence, it becomes imperative for individuals to approach the right
immigration firm. And to relocate to Canada, it is important that the
immigration firm is ICCRC registered (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) . As any firm
registered with ICCRC is one which understands the whole of the process
completely due to its close working with the immigration authority of Canada.
Such a registered firm is also known as a Regulated
Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). A RCIC gets firsthand information
about any kind of change that takes place in the Canada immigration.
And XIPHIAS Immigration is just an
answer for all those qualifications an immigration firm would need to help
individuals relocate to Canada.
