LeEco (formerly LeTV) has started sending out media invites for a product launch event set for June 8 in India. While the invite doesn't say anything about the product(s) that'll be launched, it'd be reasonable to expect that the LeTV Le 2 along with its Pro variant as well as the Le Max 2 are coming.

The company has started sending out invites for the June 8th event in New Delhi. These will not be the first devices LeEco will introduce in India this year, they've already rolled out the Le 1s Eco recently. Now, to make things interesting, the source claims only the Le 2 and Le Max 2 will be coming, the LeTV Le 2 Pro has not been mentioned at all, though it is possible that device will be released as well.

The LeEco Le 2 features a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. This handset is fueled by MediaTek's Helio X20 64-bit deca-core SoC running at 2.3GHz, along with the Mali-T880 GPU. The 3,000mAh battery is also a part of this package, and as far as software goes, you do get Android Marshmallow here with LeEco's custom skin on top of it.

The LeEco Le Max 2 is LeEco's current flagship device. This is a 5.7-inch phablet which ships with a QHD (2560 x 1440) panel. The phone comes with 4GB / 6GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of expandable internal storage. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core processor fuels the Le Max 2, and a 21-megapixel shooter can be found on the back of this phablet. The 8-megapixel camera is located up front, while you'll find a 3,100mAh battery on the inside. Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow comes out of the box here with LeEco's custom UI.

The LeEco phone were unveiled in China last month, and went on sale a week later. A total of one million units were up for grabs, and reportedly, the complete inventory was sold in just two hours.
