The GizOK shows that the Le 2 will come with a 5.5-inch full HD display, the MediaTek Helio X25 10-core processor, Mali-T880 GPU, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space.

Specs also indicate a 16 megapixel rear camera with 4K video-recording capabilities, and an eight megapixel front camera. It will run Android 6.0, shows the leaked benchmark.

Another report on GizOK says the the Le 2 will have dual-SIM connectivity and a Type-C USB port. LeEco Le Max 2 had a Type-C USB charging point so its likely that the company will continue with the same in the new phone as well.

Le 1s was launched in India at Rs 10,999 and offered 3GB RAM along with 32GB space, making it a value for money option for many users.

In our review for LeTv Le 1s we had noted that the smartphone looked like a premium device thanks to the solid metallic body with a flattened edges, and a matte finish, which is both classy and functional. The camera of the Le 1s has also impressed us and we noted it was fast and responsive with good colour reproduction.

In our full one month review for Le 1s, we noted that there are problems with call reception in the budget smartphone. You can read the full one month review here.

LeEco claims to have sold 2 lakh units of the Le 1s in India in under 30 days since the launch of the phone. We'll have to wait and see how soon the Le 2 and LeEco Le 2 Pro comes to India once it is officially announced.
