Learn something about Qingjing Mosque
The Qingjing Mosque, basically the Genuine and Clean Mosque, was designed in 1009 on present-day Tumen Street, protecting 2,100 rectangle metres. As the earliest current mosque in Xiamen, even in Chinese suppliers and well known to the Islamic world, it was designed after the mosque in Damascus of Syria and designed completely with marble.

The eastern surfaces functions the pointed-arched main entry, in the center of the western surfaces is a high, curved framework where the Quran in historical Persia was etched and maintained. At the north western of the mosque rests the Area of Quality and Benefit, which was constructed in the Ming Empire.
After the roof of the Incredible Area flattened during an earth quake, followers moved to the Area of Quality and Benefit to wish. Currently, an imperial edict etched in rock by Emperor Yongle (1403-1424) to secure Qingjing Mosque and Chinese suppliers Islam is still located in the mosque.
