Concurrently, government agencies continue to increase pressure toward achieving these goals by placing stringent effluent limitations on the discharge of contaminated drill cuttings to the environment. To support the goals of both the industry and regulators, KOSUN has developed a rugged and easy to use Vertical Cuttings Dryer (“VCD”).

The KOSUN Vertical Cutting Dryer returns and recycles large percentages of SBM (Synthetic Base Mud) and OBM (Oil Base Mud) to an active system which in the past was lost as waste products to the environment.Effectively separates solids from the drilling fluids, and minimizes the content of drilling fluids in the cuttings as well as reduces the amount of waste to be treated.Normal wear parts are easily accessible from the top of the unit; the belt is easily changed without having to remove any parts.Effectively separates, recovers larger proportion of drilling fluids that can be reused in the drilling solids purification system and recovers the drilling fluids lost from shale shaker and caused by screen block.Interchangeable tungsten-carbide rotor blades and gear box avoids excessive erosion and minimizes the losses on main components.The vertical centrifuge independently developed and manufactured by KOSUN features with mature performance, including super strong separation ability.
