LPU Nest 2017 Eligibility Criteria

LPU NEST entrance examination can be taken by everyone who is interested in joining the course. The eligibility for the students to take up the exam is they must be having min. 50% of aggregate in 10 + 2 exams under any recognized board and must have min. 60% marks in English subject. Students can also apply while waiting for the results of their 10+2 exams.

LPU NEST 2017 Exam Pattern

The LPU NEST 2017 entrance exam will be conducted online where the applied candidates will have to answer the multiple choice questions along with some fill in the blanks questions. The MCQ will have 4 options where the candidates need to pick an answer from any one them.

How to apply for LPU admissions?

To take up the entrance examination the students has to apply for the LPU NEST entrance in their official portal.

Here is the step by step guide to applying for LPU NEST entrance,

Step 1 - Sign up

·   Register your basic details like Name, Email ID and Mobile No in LPU’s admission portal. Your email id will act as your username for the portal and password will be set by you while registering on the portal.

·   You will get an acknowledgement mail with a username and password created will be sent on your registered email id.

· Login to the LPU’s admission portal with already created username/password.

Step 2 - Application for admission and registration fee

· Fill the application form and submit the same by clicking confirm.

· You may now proceed with admission OR proceed with STEP 4 directly and apply for LPUNEST.

· Make part payment of Rs. 10000/- (Rs. 9100/- tuition fee of the first semester and Rs. 900/- for prospectus). Once your payment is successful, the prospectus will be dispatched at your correspondence address.

· A Unique AID and Registration No will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID.

Step 3 - Document uploading and verification

In this phase, you need to upload the necessary documents for verification. The documents to show your education qualification, DOB, Address should be attached. Attach a recently taken photograph in the given tab. Deposit the balance fee within the timelines prescribed by the University.

Step 4 - Apply for LPUNEST (for Eligibility / Scholarship)

If you need a scholarship you can apply for LPUNEST if your percentage of marks is between 60% to 70%. You can avail huge scholarship based on performance in this test. Deposit the test fee (Rs. 900/-, the cost of prospectus) in case you have not done it before.

Step 5 - Book the Exam Slot and Appear

To appear the test book the slot of your preferred date, time and venue from more than 150 cities pan India. Download the hall ticket from college official website.
