Servo Motor Signal Slip Ring
The difference between servo motor and ordinary motor is that the former is mostly synchronous motor, it is necessary to know the magnetic pole position of the rotor when the synchronous motor starts,so that a large torque can start the servo motor,this requires a few additional signals to detect the rotor's current position.

Caution:
1. Do not apply a direct shock to the shaft during installation.
2. The connection of the servo motor encoder shaft to the machine should be made with a flexible connector.
3. Do not hard-press the connector on the shaft. Even if the connector is used, due to poor installation, it is possible to add a load greater than the allowable load to the shaft or to cause dial core phenomenon, we need to pay special attention.
Bearing life and use of conditions, particularly affected by the bearing load. Such as bearing load than the specified load,which can greatly extend the bearing life.
4. Do not disassemble the encoder. Doing so will compromise oil and drip performance. Anti-drop products should not be long-term immersion in water, it should be wiped clean the surface of water and oil.
