Though the staffing exercise remains same as a practice, the qualification aspect weighs heavily in IT recruitment. The programming languages are ever changing and facing development. Hence new languages are constantly being introduced making many programmers redundant. Those who do not upgrade are left behind and are of no use to the recruiters and the companies employing the IT staff. This is applicable on the hardware side as well.

A popular IT staffing firm would offer all necessary solutions to the companies. But there is a catch the current skills of the candidates count a lot. Has he or she upgraded to latest language or technology?
