Is Arden's Garden 2 Day Detox is Effective for Weight Loss

detox is then I must tell you it is a diet plan that includes only grapefruit,
orange, and lemon juice. For 2 days you can have these juices or water only in
case you are following this diet plan.
Why Do the Cleanse?
1. It helps your body detox by flushing out
toxins,
2. You absorb all nutrients and other good
stuff from your food more efficiently,
3. It will help you to promote towards
healthy eating habit
4. Your skin could be more spotless and
glow,
5. And you can lose fat and drop weight
more quickly.

48 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
32 oz. fresh orange juice
16 oz. fresh lemon juice
160 oz. quality steam-distilled water
1 empty gallon jug for mixing
1 funnel
You
split the ingredients in half to have enough to make the detox for two days.
You only consume water and juice for two days.
I
also replaced the orange juice with pineapple juice. Pineapple juice is a good substitute
for orange juice because it still gives you Vitamin C and it helps with
