IRMA 2016 Result - 24 February 2016
IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand) shall issue the IRMA
2016 Result in online mode only on its official website. All the candidates who
appeared in “Issues of Social Concern” test can check the result and scorecard
and see their performance in the form of marks obtained. For the sake of
convenience of the candidates, direct link to check the result and scorecard
will be hosted on EntranceCorner. The test was held on 14 February 2016 and its
result is scheduled to be issued on 20 February 2016. Those who are able to
qualify the test will be eligible to participate in the next round of admission
process.
Final result of the candidates, which will comprise names of
the allotted candidates, will be declared on 31 March 2016. On the basis of IRMA
2016 Result, candidates will be allotted seats in Post Graduate Diploma in
Rural Management (PRM) and Fellow Program in Rural Management (FPRM). Result
will not be sent to any candidate in post or courier to his registered
residential address hence it can be checked either on the exam website or
EntranceCorner. In the result, detailed marks will be shown that will be used
to decide merit for next round.
According to the result, candidates will be short-listed for
Group Discussion and Personal Interview. To qualify for these rounds,
candidate’s score in IRMA 2016 Result should be more than or equal to the
cutoff. If the score is less than the cutoff, candidate will be rejected.
Thereafter, selected candidates will be arranged in a merit list in the
decreasing order of marks. Higher the marks mean lower the rank which in turn
means early call for the aforesaid two rounds. Higher score also mean better
chance of getting allotment on the available seats.
The candidate with highest marks in IRMA 2016 Exam Result will
get rank 1 and will be called first to participate in GD-PI rounds. The process
will follow till the candidate with marks equal to cutoff is reached. These
rounds will be held to further decide a candidate’s eligibility and assessment.
Once these rounds are held, candidate’s composite score from CAT 2015 or XAT
2016, obtained marks in “Issues of Social Concern”, and marks in GD-PI rounds
will be accounted. Higher the composite score means higher chances of getting
allotment. Final allotted candidates list will be released on 31 March 2016.
