IIFT Examination 2017
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade conducts the IIFT Exam, a national level MBA entrance exam. The candidates seeking admission to the MBA Programs offered by the Institute must take the IIFT 2017. The candidates will be placed in the Kolkata and New Delhi campuses based on their merit. There are thousands of candidates who appear for the exam every year. The candidates who want to take the IIFT 2017 can do so by filling the online application form. The application form will be released online and the candidates can fill the form by visiting the official website. The candidates must go through the eligibility criteria for the IIFT 2017 before attempting to fill the application form for the same.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must be a graduate and must have completed their graduation from a recognized institution.
Candidates in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply
There is no age limit applicable in applying for the exam
Application Process
The candidates can apply through online mode as Application form was released online by the Institute.
The candidates will be required to visit the official IIFT website to fill the application form.

Make sure you enter valid information or it may cause your form to stand rejected.
The Online IIFT Application form will be released online on August 2016.
The application process will only be complete after the payment of the application fees.
The application fees for different categories of candidates is as follows –
General/OBC – Rs. 1500
SC/ST – Rs. 775
The application fees can be paid both online and offline using demand draft or Credit/Debit card.
Quick Pointers
The IIFT 2017 is scheduled to be held on November 2016.
The candidates will be able to download their IIFT 2017 Admit cards after the completion of the application process.
There are IIFT Sample Papers also available online for the preparation of the IIFT 2017. The candidates can make use of this resource to score maximum marks in the entrance examination.
There will be 125 objective type questions in the paper.
Each section in the IIFT 2017 Exam carries different marks and has a different negative marking as well.
In the Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation section each question will carry 1 mark.
In the Reading Comprehension section each question will carry 0.75 and 1 mark.
After the written exam, the candidates need to clear two more levels to reach the final selection list.
The candidates who clear the IIFT 2017 written exam with the required cut off marks will then qualify for the Group discussion and Personal Interview round.
The final admission of the candidates will be made after these two rounds of selection and will be based on the candidate’s merit.
