IIFT Admit Card
IIFT Admit Card would be available to download for all the candidates who have filled the application form successfully and obtained “received/acknowledged” in the application form status to appear in the respective examination to take admission in MBA (IB) postgraduate program for session 2016-2018. It is estimated that the admit card would be released in the first week of November 2015 in online as well as offline mode. The exam governing body would also send the IIFT 2016 Admit Card to the candidate’s registered residential address in post or courier.
Those who do not receive the admit card in post by 9 November 2015 are suggested to visit the official website, enter some basic details, and download the admit card. Prime Functions of Admit Card
IIFT Admit Card is an important document which is used and asked to produce throughout various stages of examination and admission process. A candidate must produce the admit card as and when asked by the exam or admission officials. It is necessary to bring the original Hall Ticket of IIFT (online or offline) to the exam venue to gain entry and take the test. If any candidate fails to bring the original admit card, he wouldn’t be allowed at all. Similarly, at the time of admission, it is to be remembered to carry the original IIFT 2016 Admit Card. Along with the original admit card, a candidate must produce a government approved valid photo ID proof along with its photocopy.
It is suggested to bring 2-3 passport size color photos as well to establish identity. Another function of the admit card is that it notifies of the exam date, time, and venue. A candidate must reach the exam hall at least an hour before the time specified on the IIFT Hall Ticket. Any candidate reaching late wouldn’t be entertained and allowed to take the test. It is suggested to visit the exam center a day before to understand the dynamics of transportation and traffic conditions. At the exam center, officials would match the credentials and mark the attendance only after being satisfied of the candidate’s identity.
