Ignite Energy and Your Passion

To ignite your energy you must first take a look at what is called "The Energy Zone". The Energy Zone consists of confidence,calmness,flexibility,focus and fun. These qualities will give you outstanding performance.

Energy:The key to motivating yourself,to put excitement into your work and into people around you. You should persevere in your efforts despite setbacks and problems. (Problems just mean that you are on you way to succeeding)
Confidence:The most important element of confidence is optimism. It is hope and simply expecting to accomplish what you set out to do.
Calmness: You have to calm and serene before you start any project or it may become problematic as any problem you have personally.
Flexibility:You have to be willing to change especially if something is not working.Flexibility helps you fix your mindset to create new ways to make something work adding to perseverance.
Focus:This involves mental concentration blocking out distractions.Focus means right here right now and not about doing something later. Unless of course you are thinking about putting something off (procrastinating) you need to focus on getting it done now.
Fun: Being passionate and witty about your work rather than grim and prodding. Doing your work with a sense of play fuels enthusiasm,builds relationships and helps you solve problems more effectively.
When you lack energy focus on being enthusiastic until you get done what you needed to do. Get excited about your work with cheerfulness and fun.
