When you go to work are you encountered with people who are oddly happy about the same ole job everyday. These people act if they are angry that things are done the same way everyday but all they can do is complain about it. Then the next day they are at it again. Wouldn't you rather be around like minded people that you can grow with and trust? Take action and get it together. Waiting for change only leads you back to the same insane asylum of lunatics waiting to bolt every time their master says its ok for another day.
