1) Translation of Enterprise Office 365

Here are the steps on how to switch on the enterprise office 365

  1. Launch the Settings.
  2. Tap on the View All Outlook Setting.
  3. Launch Email.
  4. Tap Message Handling.
  5. Navigate to the “Translate” option and then on the Always Translate.

Microsoft claims that the translate features only work when any email previews in the conversation. Although, you can use Microsoft Outlook’s translate features in both ways in the conversation view and non-conversation view.

Here are the steps on how to preview Email in conversation view and non-Conversation view:-

  1. Turn off the Setting panel.
  2. And open an email from the conversation list that you wish you translate.
  3. For example, we can choose the Email that is written in French.
  4. Here we can use an online translator program to translate French Email into English.
  5. Tap on the three-dot icon that appears on the right side of the Email, then Choose Translate when the popup appears on the screen.
  6. Your Email will be translated automatically. You can also toggle between the translated text and original message via using its features Show Original Message option.

 2) Translation Personal Office 365

If you are Personal office 365 subscriber, here follow the steps to switch on the Personal office 365:-

  1. Launch the Setting.
  2. Tap on the View All Outlook Setting.
  3. Open Email.
  4. Hit on Message Handling.
  5. This translate option is similar to enterprises 365 features.

Here you can find an empty translate section, although Microsoft’s roadmap introduces the function that available in Q2 2019. So a free feature is better for the user, Microsoft also allows an add-in features that are available for you instead of using enterprises 365.

Here we teach you a full guide of Microsoft Outlook’s features in a simple way:-

  1. Launch the Setting.
  2. Tap on the View All Outlook Setting.
  3. Open Email.
  4. Hit on Message Handling.
  5. Tap on the three-dot icon that appears on the right side of the Email.
  6. When the popup menu appears on the screen, navigates to the bottom and then hit on getting add-ins.
  7. The add-in panel will be open, in the search field that appears on the top right corner of the panel, enter Translator, and then tap on Translate fro Outlook.”
  8. Tap on the Add option to install the add-in.
  9. Now turn off the add-in panel, and find an email that you wish to translate.
  10. Tap on the three-dot menu that appears on the right side on the Email, the choose Translator in the popup menu.
  11. Here you can see the translation of your Email displayed on the Screen on the right side of the email panel.

Although Microsoft add-in allows side-by-side to Translate, so you can see both of the language, original language along with translated language. Whenever you installed Translator, it is like Microsoft outlook’s add-in to get automatically translates your client email into your preferred language.
