How to Use Eco Solvent Transfer Paper and Eco Solvent Ink to make Cotton T-shirt?

Generally, people use sublimation ink and sublimation transfer paper to make transfer garment. 

But Eco solvent Ink also can be used to make your own garment , it easy ,inexpensive and cool!

Below is the process:

1.Printing:
• Equipment: Printer with eco-solvent ink, Cutting plotter; or the Spray engraved machine.
• The pattern does not need to mirror printing, direct printing can be. After printing plotter can use to carve the outline, the transfer paper is two layers.

2.Transferring:
•Preheat the heat press machine, and set the recommended transfer temperature 130-160°C
•Place the image-printer paper on the textile, printed image facing up, set an isolation paper to cover the image.
•Transfer for 10 seconds under certain pressure, then remove the isolation paper.
•Cold peel.

3.Washing:
• It's best not to wash the textile in 24 hours after transferring.
• Washing the textile in cold or 30-40°C, with transferred pattern inside out.
• Do not wash with strongly alkaline detergents, and do not bleach. Avoid rubbing the transferred pattern when hand washing
• Do not wring. Line dry in shade recommended.
