  • Next, tap on the section “Power Management” and look for various options containing mark boxes. Then mark the box related to the option allow the device and also mark for magic packet related option. This action will wake your device.
  • Finally, tap on “OK.”

Note: The name of the Wake-on-LAN differs based on the device model. In case you are unable to get the Wake-on-LAN, then try to locate the Power on by LAN, resume on LAN, remote wake-up, Wake on the magic packet, etc.

Searching for Wake-on-LAN Under BIOS

  • When you are searching Wake-on-LAN under BIOS, then the menu might differ based on your device model. You have to use a specific tab while booting your device. Be it Escape, F1, or Delete key.
  • You have to search for the Power button under BIOS. Then look for your Wake-on-LAN from the provided listing.
  • Then, turn the feature ON and after that, save the modifications that you have made.
