The next step is to click on the advanced tab
Move to the use TLS 1.0, use TLS 1.1, and use TLS 1.2 from the settings
Verify that the TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are unchecked and 10 one is checked
Hit apply tab and click on ok. Also retry the update
