How to reduce back pain

More and more of us are getting problems with back pain at a low age. Out bodies are simply not as strong as they used to be. One of the reasons for this, is a lot of sedentary office work. We are simply sitting too much. Too much sitting in front of a computer has a terrible effect on our backs.

If you want a long and happy worklife, you have to mind your health, and be doing this, you MUST take care of your back. Besides sitting to much and looking into a screen, many of us are having problems with a bad posture. Throughout the day, it can be quite difficult to keep an upright posture, and by sinking down so to speak, we put pressure on the back.

Posture clothing are gaining in popularity, and it makes perfectly sense as it requires no effort, and still has a huge effect on our general health. Posture correcting clothing activates muscle memory, which can help you achieve an improved and much more upright posture. 

Usually posture clothing are simply worn as a t-shirt under your regular clothing, so it wont even be noticed at work. It is also very beneficial to wear doing training, as many has a tendency to have a wrong posture while doing their training routines. 

Often people will feel a difference within few weeks, as the back has a way of rewarding when being treated well.
