Although the steel building has a nice shape,low cost, short construction period, high degree of factory production of steel components, easy installation and construction and many other advantages, it has a fatal flaw, that is not fire-resistant. Though steel is non-combustible material, but under the force of fire, as the temperature increases, the mechanical indicator will change substantially, the capacity and balance and stability will greatly decrease. If the temperature reaching to 500 degrees Celsius, generally around 15 minutes, it will collapse because of the loss of load-bearing capacity. From this we can know how important building steel manufacturers are to a buyer.

 

In this case, it will be very important to preserve the steel products. As the fire resistance of steel cannot reach the standard requirements, some appropriate measures are to be taken to protect refractory steel components. Commonly used fire protection measures are fire retardant coating method, foaming method and outsourcing fire retardant paint layer method. That means you are supposed to choose one of these methods and then apply it to preserve the high quality hot rolled deformed bar.

 

Now, I’d like to introduce a method and tell you how to apply it. Outsourcing fireproof layer method is to add steel outer cladding layer which can be cast molding or spray. The outsourcing layer of the cast concrete cladding is always strengthened by steel mesh or steel to limit shrinkage cracks and ensure the strength of the housing.
