If you own multiple Google accounts but use only a single account on your Android phone, you can access both the email accounts with ease. Setting up more than one accounts on an Android device is not that hard. Use the below-given instructions for using additional accounts.

How to set up a second Google account?

If a Google account is already being accessed and now you want to access the second one too, you can add it easily. For that, you need to visit the Settings app on your phone, then visit Accounts, and tap on Add account option available the bottom section. Choose Google from there and enter your device password or pattern if prompted. Now, sign in to your Google account using your dedicated email ID and password. After successfully signing in, you can use the new Google account on your Android phone.

For customizing the account for Android syncing, go back to Settings, then Accounts, and then tap on Google and the associated accounts for managing. A toggle switch will be there along with different Google services, which you can disable or enable accordingly. For removing a dedicated Google account from your phone, go to the top right section, touch the three-dotted menu icon, and then choose Remove account.

The Google Calendar app is capable of showing event from various sources. It is possible to manage more than one calendars from one account or even multiple accounts. Launch the app and touch the hamburger icon. Now, go check the calendars list available right below the Google account. From here, you can manage the calendars settings accordingly.

3. Chrome

Chrome shows you the entire list of Google account, but doesn’t allow switching or making individual settings. Though, you can choose the particular account that you wish to sync with Chrome. For that, visit Settings and then select Syncing to. Check under the associated account’s list and touch the Sync option, then Sync to option, and choose the account that you want to sync at last. You get the option to save data of two Google accounts separately or remove the existing data of the earlier account. Now, sign in with your new account for starting the sync process with Chrome.

4. Gmail

Two or more accounts are destined to appear on the Gmail app if you synced the Gmail account earlier. Through the account settings menu, you get the option for customizing inbox and notification settings. Open the Gmail app, touch the hamburger icon present on the top-left, and keep scrolling down till the bottom to see Settings and tap on it later when you see it. Choose the account for managing and make changes accordingly.

5. Hangouts

Same as Gmail, you will see the list of accounts on the Hangouts app. Through Settings, multiple accounts can be managed easily. Like, you can select sound notifications for one and vibration for others.

6. Play Store

More than one accounts are supported in the Google Play Store app as well. For expanding the accounts option, you need to touch the hamburger icon over there. If you use a particular account on more than one device or want to move an account to a new device, My apps & games is an ideal feature for you.
