- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 10-12 tablespoons or ¼ cup unsalted butter softened at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425 F.
- In a large bowl combine peeled and deveined shrimps with salt, black pepper, olive oil, and white wine. Allow the shrimps to soak up the flavors while you work on the butter and garlic mix.
- To make the garlic butter mix, in a medium bowl, take softened butter. Add garlic, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and keep aside.
