How to gain weight without going gym for women

It is very difficult for every woman whether working or non-working to hit the gym on a regular basis. It is very important for women with BMI less than 16 to maintain their body weight so that they can avoid health problems in future. But again they have one question that how can we gain weight without weight lifting or things that will help in building lean muscle? Because we all know that if we want to gain weight then it is very important to focus on calories and gaining muscle mass. You don’t extra unsaturated fats. At the same time gaining weight doesn’t mean to eat anything, it is very important to maintain a healthy diet plan for weight gain for women.  Sustainable weight gain requires time and patience. You need to follow some guidelines and also it is not important to do everything that you listen to or read on the internet. 

In this article, we will share tips for gaining weight at home:

  1. Firstly, stop relying on the fact that calories are just calories, it doesn’t depend on type of food. This is not true because if you are looking for weight gain then it is very important to maintain a diet plan for weight gain for female. So, stop consumption of foods which are highly processed and artificial sweeteners.  They can cause a great trouble to your weight.
  2. Add lots of protein in your diet chart. Proteins help in building lean muscle mass, so ladies protein is a must for you. For this you can have dairy food items like egg, milk, red meat, etc. Other food items include tofu, seeds, beans, etc.  There must be many women following a vegetarian diet. So, they can add low-fat yogurt, cheese, nuts, fruits like avocado, oranges, guava, etc.  in their veg diet plan for weight gain.
  3. You can do mild physical exercises like running, stretching or either you can start yoga on a regular basis. Because it is very important to keep your body active whether you want to gain weight or lose weight. 
  4. You can have beverages like protein smoothies, banana shake, homemade fruit or vegetable juices. 
  5. You can follow a diet that is high carb and contains good fat. Food items like whole grains, rice, boiled potato, cheese, etc.
  6. Take proper sleep and live a stress free life. Both sleep and stress are very important factors which affect weight. So, it is your responsibility to maintain at least 6-7 hours of sleep on a regular basis. 

So, these are some basic tips which will definitely help you in gaining weight. Along with these don’t forget to stay hydrated. Eat calorie dense foods because if you want to gain weight it is very important to increase intake of calories. In the end, don't lose hope because these things take time as gaining weight is not an overnight process.
