While Samsung has made users satisfied by the unique features of their Galaxy S4, it is important to mention that this handset is not flawless and users have already encountered several issues with it. No signal is one of the most common ones.

Problems such as not registered on network, no network coverage on the Samsung galaxy S4 AT&T, Version, Sprint, T-Mobile US are also very common. The signal error is not a carrier-related problem. So, if you try a SIM card from a different provider, you will still face this problem. Here, we are going to share a few solutions that will help you get rid of the issue.

Potential Fixes For Samsung Galaxy S4 No Signal Issue

Method 1:

To fix No signal issue on Samsung Galaxy S4, navigate to

Alternatively, click on each of them until it works. If GSM network (2G) is not working, toggling to (3G) can solve the issue.

Method 2

  • Open dialer in your handset and enter *#*#4636#*#*
  • Run Ping Test
  • Tap on GSM Auto (PRL) in the drop down list
  • Click on “Turn Off Radio” and restart the device to check if the problem is solved

In most cases, the SIM card may be the problem. Ensure that the SIM card is placed correctly.

Method 3

If you have tried all the above steps and the issue is still there, the next step is to check for the software update. To do so, head towards Settings> About device> Software update> Check for update.
