It's extremely basic for some types of adware to change your intermediary server or DNS to include their own particular malevolent location, which will divert your program or showing promotions while you're exploring the Internet. When you evacuate this sort of adware, the malevolent DNS server locations will at present remain and you will need to physically transform it to have the capacity to associate with the Internet.

In this guide, we will check if the settings for the proxy and DNS server are as they should be, as this is the most common factor which leads to users not being able to connect to the Internet after malware removal.

Method: Change your proxy settings to their defaults

Proxy settings are used to tell your computer the network address of an intermediary server (known as a proxy server) that is used between the browser and the Internet on some networks.
By default, your browser automatically detects proxy settings. However, you some new forms of adware might change these settings to their own malicious address, so we will need to manually revert them back to their defaults.

1- Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Start button Windows 7. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer. If you are using Windows 10, you can directly search for Internet Explorer from your desktop via the search box.

2- When Internet Explorer has opened, click on the “gear icon” IE Icon Gear in the upper right part of your browser, then click again on Internet Options.

3- Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings. Next, remove the checkmark from the “Use a proxy server for your LAN” box. Click on the “OK” button to save these settings.
