Solution-1:

  1. Firstly, close all the programs and the sage software running in the system.
  2. Navigate to the Sage 50 logo and then hit the ‘Properties’ tab.
  3. After that, press the ‘Compatibility’ option.
  4. Next, hit the ‘Settings’ button.
  5. Press the ‘Run this Program as Administrator’ box.
  6. Hit the ‘OK’ tab followed by ‘Apply’ button.
  7. Then, launch the Sage and the email program and check the emailing process.

Solution-2:

  1. Close all the Sage related files and programs opened on the system.
  2. Press the Windows +keys all together to launch the run search box.
  3. In the Search box, type in ‘Control’ and press the ‘OK’ tab.
  4. Afterward, press the Sage 50 email writer v3 and choose ‘Remove Devices’ option.
  5. Next, choose ‘Accessible’ printer and then pick ‘Print Server’ properties.
  6. Then, hit the Drivers and Amyuni Document Converter 450 and press Ok tab.
  7. Press the Remove Driver and Driver Package option.
  8. Again. Press the Windows + Keys at once to open run search box.
  9. In the search box type in ‘Control’ and press the Ok tab.
  10. Select ‘Devices’ and ‘Printers.’
  11. Right-press the Sage 50 E-mail Writer v3 and choose ‘Printer Properties’ tab.
  12. Once completed, restart the computer system.
