To ensure that you can submit your application within 14 days of receiving it (the time limit allotted by Australian immigration authorities), ensure that all of your contact information is up-to-date before filling out forms.

  • A Partner Sponsorship Nomination

  • A Proof of Funds Document (for self-sponsoring).

  • The EOI form is your first shot at applying for a visa. It must be lodged online between October and November each year.

If successful, you will then be invited to lodge a complete application. If unsuccessful, you can re-apply in future years until such time as your application has been assessed by Australian authorities.

This includes assessment by Australian government officials of various factors, including health, character, and security.
