• If you are applying for Canada PNP through a paper-based process

If not online with the Express Entry program, you can apply for Canada PNP offline too. This is a paper-based process. After you receive your provincial nomination, you must submit your paper application for Canada PR to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) with a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and a medical examination certificate. Note that paper-based processes take a longer time than online processes. Also, the normal visa application processing time for a PR visa through Express Entry is 6 months.
