The Microsoft office 2016 has really tried to deliver most of the promises that have be for so long promised from cloud computing. MS Office 2016 is designed to meet the expectations of a cloud-based, mobile ready productivity. As we continue to use it, we will get to know if it actually delivers these promises.  It enables real-time co-authoring; although co-authoring has been there for many office apps, the MS Office enables one to have it in real-time. That is, you are able to see what other co-authors are doing in the word document or on the PowerPoint presentation as they do it while at the same time; they are also able to see what you are doing. This has been enabled regardless of your location or the device you are using.

There is sharing of OneNote notebook; this is one of the most useful applications in the Microsoft Office but unfortunately, it is the least appreciated. By clicking the share button, you are able to share your document with any person who is on your contact list. Its so simple that you don’t have to leave the document so that you can share it.

You can disarrange the Outlook emails; as a frequent user of outlook, it is common to receive so many emails per day and it may be a very hard task when looking for an important email. With MS Office 2016, you are able to disarrange your emails so as to prioritize the most important emails. You can set your emails in a way that for the future emails that you will receive, will be deposited directly to the clutter folder. You can arrange your emails in categories such as important, clutter, junk, and delete.
