1. The
prices of flats are likely to increase in the big cities this year 2021
2020 took a
toll on many real estate businesses because of the lockdown. Since the building
materials that were imported from China have been hampered due to the tension
between the two countries, the building projects have been delayed. The ensuing
lockdown has also contributed to the delay of housing projects. While the
prices may not go down immensely, the buyers can expect some relaxation.

will prefer ready to move in houses instead of under construction projects
It is no
brainer that people would prefer getting a house they can move in and settle
instead of waiting for a whole construction project to take place. People want
to feel safe, have a house they can settle in as fast as they can, since the
lockdown imposed and there is not much time to stay at a place they don't feel
