1. Casa Grande Chardonnay, Casa Madero – Casa Madero dates back to 1597 and is actually the oldest winery in North America but situated in Mexico. Casa Grande Chardonnay is a Mexican Wine with an enveloping presence due to its acidity and dehydrated fruit. Take in the fragrance of peaches and vanilla while tasting this exotic wine which has a structured flavor of toasted croissants and almonds.

5. Grand Ricardo Monte Xanic, Ensenada - This Mexican robust wine is a clean and bright wine with violet hue and intense cherry color. The aromatic profile is complex and elegant. It is dry, fresh and warm alcohol that leaves the soft touch on the palate. The wine is spectacular, well structured and very persistent.

• Served Best With: Perfect to accompany fine cuts of beef, roast beef, lamb, game (wild boar, deer, etc.), aged cheese, salmon and stews with vegetables, among others.
