Image blurbpointGoogle announced via Twitter that Panda Updates for 2011 have ceased and will resume after the new year. Maybe this is an early holiday gift to webmasters who need to cultivate existing content and links on their Web pages. The last update came in November and all be considered “small” updates, each time less than 1% of all searches. It is important to understand, however, that with more than 12 billion searches per month is still 100,000 effects.

Google first Panda released in February and has since released six updates. These have all been considered as minor updates, although the search engine also noted that there are updates to their search algorithms “almost daily”. Now, with the writing on the wall, webmasters have a warningthat of 1 month the next update should be effective sometime in January, 2012.

These are my top 3 areas attention to:

Keyword Density: Google has a strict policy when it comes to keyword density ratios thanks to websites that lack of quality content and just a bunch of words trying to inflate their rankings. Make sure that the keyword density ratio is between 5-8 percent or Google can catch the page in their next update. Read about the content and (if necessary) changes in the ratio between density if it is lower than 8%.

Relevancy of Keywords: In addition to density, attention to the relevance of the keywords and keyword phrases. Reputable sites including PW Newswire and Forbes affected because they are ranked for the keywords that are often abused by unscrupulous websites. Some simple ways to determine this is to keep an eye on the domain authority score and try searching for those specific keywords, the type of sites that rank for them also to carefully observe. This will throw light on the authority of the chosen keywords and keyword phrases.

Fix broken links: The right to display relevant links on their Web pages in the abuse of search algorithm have been abuse sites known as “link farms”. If there is content on the page and are broken links (not pointing to URLs which no existence more), seek to correct or delete them. While is not on the falsely satisfactory search algorithm, that Google may think this is what is happening.

A functioning Web site and perform regular maintenance are necessary to ensure that the page ranks on Google. It is a clear advantage of hiring a SEO company. With “1 month warning” Google, webmasters have some time to perform maintenance to ensure that they are providing content authoritative that returns the value to the end user.
