The Focus RS gets better with each new generation that comes out. The 2016 Focus RS is the third generation of this vehicle and is better than ever, with an all-wheel drive system that “uses twin electronically controlled clutch packs to manage the cars front/rear torque split.” This optimizes the turning and acceleration of the vehicle.

Acceleration is without a doubt the feature that makes this model stand out from previous models. According to Ford Media, it is the “fastest-accelerating RS model yet.” That news alone is enough to get dealers from Utah and beyond excited and intrigued. The vehicle is said to be able to achieve 350 horsepower.

And the moment we’ve all been waiting for… the Focus RS can reach an impressive top speed of 165 miles per hour. As if this weren’t impressive enough, Ford Media also reported that the 2016 Focus RS can go from 0-62 miles per hour in as little as 4.7 seconds. 

With the help of the Ford’s new 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine, improved horsepower and more, these impressive acceleration capabilities are made possible. This model is admired and desired by dealers, current Ford owners and potential Ford owners alike. The highly anticipated Focus RS is expected to be available in spring of 2016.
