Image There are so many different foods which help us in gaining muscles, but main fight starts when it comes to choose right foods to eat to gain muscle, these foods should be full of protein because they plays a very crucial role in gaining muscles and provides you a healthy diet.

An individual should consume good amount of protein based on your weight. A person may consume proteins 1 to 1.5 times of your weight in grams. If we talk about professional bodybuilders they consume 2 to 3 times of their weight but for normal person like us it can have negative effects on us.

So the main key to gain muscle is the food with protein, these foods must be consumes with proper diet plan to grow your muscle. Always consume food with PDCAAS, carbohydrates, healthy fats, lots of fiber.Apart from all these main components you should keep a check on your salt intake as well as keep your body hydrated.
