How To Perform A Dinner Date Without The Mess ?

So you have met someone special and want to invite him to your place for a dinner date. That's wonderful, but remember if that's the first date you'll have the impression must be perfect. When it comes to eating doing a big mess is always an option. And during that special night you obviously need to avoid this happening. So here are some of the meals that you should avoid at any cost. Even the most experienced make mistakes so let's not give faith an option to mess with us.

First in the list, the spaghetti. Although delicious and quite easy to make they're far away from the perfect dinner food. Spaghetti are usually served with various kinds of toppings and specially ketchup. Rolling them on a fork itself can make the entire table on red dots and not to mention how it drips when we eat them. It should be romantic to end up and the both ends of a single strand of spaghetti, but that should be left for some other date, where the good impression is already made and you are simply enjoying your relationship.

Next, any kind of soup. Like with the spaghetti eating it without making some kind of a mess is almost impossible. A spill is almost a guarantee. Not to mention that slurping is not the most romantic sound there is. So as delicious it may be, leave it for another night.

This one is not about the mess but the smell. You may have just well noticed thatbad breath I'm talking about garlic. Use it and no matter how delicious is the meal you have prepared and how well the date goes it will most definitely end with a handshake instead of a kiss. Even if you both like garlic, and you happen to know that, don't use it. Not tonight. It will make things quite awkward and that's not how you want a first date to be.

Avoid all those delicious chicken wings, barbecue and everything you must eat with your hands. They are quite tasty and we all love them, but things will get so messy that you will probably even forget you're on a date. Or worse, if your date is kinda shy he or she might not even eat. So everything that must be eaten with hands is off limits. Leave it for some nice picnic with friends or other occasion.

Also in the avoid sector are all those spicy kitchens like Mexican, Thai, Chinese etc. They are quite tasty, and all you have to do is order them form the nearest restaurant. But ... those spices can ruin your night before it has even begun. Presumably that you don't even know how well your special one handles spices and hot meals. So sorry but this entire category of food is forbidden for a first impression date.

And now the dessert. There are all kind of deserts you can mess up with, but the two most likely are the ice cream and the watermelon. Yes those are probably two of the most tasty deserts ever, but chances are that you're going to end up with stains all over. So just skip them for now.

And if you do eventually end up with with a spill or a stain somewhere. Don't panic and act cool like nothing happened. After all the date is of high importance. And on the next day you can simply call the professionals at your local cleaning services. They'll clean up everything, while you lay down and rethink the amazing date you had.

In Conclusion

The fact that you're cooking for your special one is just about enough for an impression. So play it simple and you'll avoid the mess. That's really the plan you should stick to in those first dates. If everything goes by plan, the food won't be even noticed.
